Tsokolateria Artisanal Café is a chocolate-lover's destination on the Igorot Stairs along Upper Session Road, set inside Pamana Restaurant and part of Happy Ongpauco-Tiu's Happy Concept Group. Its menu is built around chocolate-infused dishes using locally sourced cocoa, headlined by the signature Tsokolate Ah (sweet) and Tsokolate Eh (bittersweet) hot chocolates served in metal pitchers with a batirol whisk. The kitchen runs deep — crispy bacon lechon kawali and adobo overload, bagnet sisig, salpicao, sukiyaki, soups, salads, pastas, plus tablea and ube champorado, churros waffles, and soufflés. The ambiance is cozy and "Baguio-ish" with city window views and generous, shareable portions. It's on the pricier side and service can be slow at peak, so it's best outside the lunch and dinner rushes. The same venue also houses Pamana, offering a full traditional Filipino menu.
