Its menu is built around chocolate-infused dishes using locally sourced cocoa from Cotabato, Davao, and Baguio, headlined by the signature Tsokolate Ah (sweet) and Tsokolate Eh (bittersweet) hot chocolates served in metal pitchers with a batirol whisk. The kitchen runs deep — cacao-infused all-day breakfasts, native risottos, "Pasta Locale," bruschetta pandesal, tarte flambé, pancake soufflés, and churros waffles. The ambiance is cozy and "Baguio-ish" with window views of the city, and the food is generously portioned and good for sharing. It's on the pricier side and service can be slow at peak, so it's best outside the lunch and dinner rushes.
