Opened in February 2024 by Jackson and Cristina So — the same owners behind L'Atelier Du Grain, which occupies the ground floor below — The Gallery by Witchcraft pairs Mediterranean-leaning cuisine with the Sos' Witchcraft Brewery and Distillery, combining a restaurant, bar, brewery and distillery in art-focused interiors that display works by local artists. There is a cozy upstairs room, a modern whiskey lounge, live music in the evenings, and an al fresco area with a view. The kitchen runs steaks (Angus ribeye with bone marrow, filet mignon), chocolate baby back ribs, deep-fried pork leg with beer gravy, beef shank osso buco, lamb stew and croquettes, mutton and curry, chicken kabsa, seafood bouillabaisse, gambas, burgers, wood-fired pizza, and pastas like the signature truffle porcini mushroom (~₱495) — most plated solo, with pizza the main shareable. Drinks are the other half of the draw: Witchcraft's ghost- and ghoul-themed craft beers (Grim Reaper, Devil Dog, Full Moon, Poltergeist, a strawberry "Vampire's Blood" and a smoky Kiniing/Kinuday Baguio smoked beer), house gin and whiskey with tasting flights, the much-loved Butterbeer, and L'Atelier pastries (almond croissant, pain au chocolat, opera cake) from downstairs. It is premium-priced, and most mains are solo-size.
