Red Rustikz, established in 2016, is an Italian-inspired restaurant on Upper General Luna Road built around its open kitchen and a charcoal-fired brick oven that bakes pizzas at 800°F. The pride of the place is the hand-tossed brick-oven pizza and the pasta made fresh in-house and cut to order, but the menu ranges well beyond that: juicy 100% beef burgers (the House Burger and Bacon Cheese Burger are favorites), slow-braised-then-grilled pork ribs with homemade sauce, and — reflecting its Korean ownership — a full lineup of Korean dishes (bibimbap, tteokbokki, japchae, kimchi stews) plus an unlimited samgyupsal buffet with unli chicken wings and pizza for dine-in. The setting is rustic and industrial but cozy, with both indoor and al fresco seating and mountain views. The pizza dough is singled out as the standout, the burgers and Chicken Alfredo get repeat praise, and service is generally friendly.
