On Level 2 of the Sunset Terraces wing at SM City Baguio — the same west-facing view deck as Chaya and Choco-late de Batirol — it brings the brand's globe-spanning hill-station cooking to a relaxed bistro setting, with a cozy, stylish interior and, the standout feature, an al fresco terrace with a lovely view of Baguio and a cold mountain breeze (they even provide blankets for outdoor diners). The menu spans the brand's signatures and comfort dishes: slow-roast beef belly, grilled Australian tenderloin steak, beef salpicao, beef kare-kare, lengua estofado, bulalo ala bistro, Thai seafood curry and yosenabe, a deep all-day breakfast lineup (eggs benedict, beef tapa, adlai champorado and arroz caldo, omelettes, Belgian waffle, chicken and waffle), pastas (the chorizo aligue, baked bolognese, beef shiitake with truffle oil), deli sandwiches and burgers (the bistro burger, pastrami reuben, Saigon steak), the popular roasted vegie bowl, and desserts that carry over the flagship's hits — Death by Chocolate, banoffee pie, tarte limon, and cheesecake flan.
