Claim this listingHatch Express is the third and most accessible outpost of the cult-favorite Hatch Coffee — a compact, 24-hour grab-and-go counter tucked inside the StopShop convenience store at the Caltex station on the Kisad Road / Baguio General Hospital (BGH) rotunda. Opened in November 2024, it brings Hatch's third-wave coffee to an any-hour, on-the-go format: the same well-loved drinks — the standout Orange Long Black (espresso with fresh orange juice), the Dirty Horchata, the pinipig-topped Shakerato, and the espresso line — made by friendly, consistent baristas, alongside a selection of pastries, snacks, and light bites like a Caesar wrap. The setting is a greenery-trimmed, chill 24-hour convenience store (also home to an RCBC ATM and the original chunky ube jam pasalubong), with a few seats but mostly built for takeaway. Regulars love it for exactly that — the huling hirit last coffee run before driving out of Baguio, or a 3 a.m. caffeine fix when everything else is closed. It is not the garden experience of the Easter Road flagship or the work-friendly comfort of the Gen. Luna branch, but for round-the-clock Hatch quality in a convenient roadside location near BGH, it delivers. Note: add-ons like an extra espresso shot are charged separately (₱40).
