The Ganza Restaurant is the Solibao family's sister concept, sitting at the North Football Grounds end of Burnham Park's Lake Drive (the Solibao Burnham branch is at the south end of the same drive). It serves highland Filipino cuisine — grilled meat and fish with highland vegetables — with menu choices for individuals or groups of up to five. Its signature is the Ganza Binalot Meals: rice plates of adobo, grilled liempo, lechon kawali, bangus, longganisa, tocino, dinuguan or beef stew, each served with tomato, red salted egg, garlic rice, calamansi and sili. The merienda side covers palabok with Calasiao puto, fried ukoy (its most-loved item), Vigan empanada, puto bumbong and lumpia, plus bilao party platters and kare-kare bagnet. Portions are generous and prices fair, in a cozy park-side setting with coveted al fresco tables.
