There's no real building: you sit in a cool, plant-filled, neo-Cordillera rainforest garden shaded by pines beside the golf course's rolling greens, with garden cats wandering between tables. The star is the traditional tsokolate: top-grade Philippine cacao (sourced from Davao, the Cordillera, and beyond) processed into unsweetened dark chocolate paste, then hand-whisked to a froth in a batirol — the traditional pot-and-wooden-whisk method — cup by cup. The Traditional Blend leads a dozen variations (the strawberry-laced Baguio Blend, cinnamon, almond, mallows, toffee, choco mint, vanilla, hazelnut, Kahlua, choco chai, choco coconut) plus iced batirol versions, alongside espresso drinks and lemongrass tea. The kitchen backs it with Filipino merienda classics — bibingka and cheese bibingka, turron de langka with choco sauce, suman sa lihia, puto bumbong, palabok, champorado with dilis — and full silog breakfasts and home-style mains (crispy pork kare-kare, sisig, bistek Tagalog, caldereta, sinigang, inasal, grilled and fried fish). It's an advocacy business too, championing Filipino culture and the environment (UN SDG 15), with chocolate paste and pasalubong to take home. A second outlet operates at Level 2, Sunset Terraces, SM City Baguio, plus franchises in Pampanga, Bataan, and Angeles.
