Run by passionate proprietors Victor and May, and serving as the roasting partner of local specialty roaster Halfroom Coffee, it's built around carefully prepared, responsibly and locally sourced coffee: rotating single-origin pour-overs (often served in two glasses to highlight different flavor notes), espresso drinks, and a fizzy espresso, plus standout signatures like the Dirty Horchata, pink horchata chai, matcha latte, and a creamsalt latte. Oat, soy, and almond milk are available, making it a rare lactose-friendly find. Beyond drinks, their microbakery turns out blondies, yema cake, and other treats, and they serve a must-try smoky pesto pasta and a spinach sandwich. They also roast and sell local and imported beans by the pack, and the owners love to talk coffee — many visitors leave having learned something. The space is small with limited seating, so it's better for a focused coffee stop than a long stay. It's closed on Sundays.
