Hotels

  • List your rooms in front of weekend tourists from NCR — the 70% of Baguio tourists who arrive Friday to Sunday.
  • Take bookings through our pay-on-the-rail system. GCash, Maya, card, and bank via PayMongo — already live.
  • Commission only when a guest books. Standard 15% on hotel bookings, no upfront subscription.

Paid attractions

  • List your time slots with capacity caps. No double-booking — our 8-minute hold timer reserves capacity atomically.
  • Take ticket bookings end-to-end. Guests pay, get a QR code, scan at your gate. We tested this end-to-end in May 2026.
  • Commission only when a ticket is sold. Around 10% on attractions.

Restaurants

Pricing — free to list, commission only

BaguioVisit is free to list. You pay nothing upfront, nothing monthly, nothing per listing. We only earn when a tourist actually books through our system — and even then, our commission is built into the booking, so it's a clean revenue share, not an invoice.

Standard commission: around 15% for hotels and tours, around 10% for attractions and homestays, around 5% for vendors. Final rate is set per your segment and confirmed before you list anything live.

What we are, and what we're not yet

BaguioVisit is a Baguio-built tourism platform with live crowd data, real-time bookings, and route-aware trip planning. The operator dashboard, Concierge tooling, and per-business analytics are in development — we're building toward them. We're working with a small group of Baguio operators who want a fairer commission deal: no upfront fee, no subscription. The hospitality side is in active rollout, so this is the right time to be in early.
