About

Um-a Farm and Restaurant is a farm-to-table restaurant set on an organic upland farm along Asin Road in Tadiangan, Tuba, with eclectic interiors overlooking a forested valley reserve. Created by Health 100 Restaurant owners Elmer and Dr. Celestrelle Macalingay, it serves mostly plant-based and Cordilleran dishes made from produce grown on-site. Guests can also walk the gardens and harvest vegetables, fruit, and eggs for their meals.
