Originally Dominican Hill Retreat House (1911), seized by Japanese forces in WWII and used as a garrison, later refitted as the Diplomat Hotel in the 1970s before falling into disuse. Now a heritage site managed by the Baguio Tourism Office. Open-air, walk-around access. Ghost-tour stories are part of the local lore.
