The Baguio Museum is a compact museum housed in a striking, Ifugao-inspired building of wood and stone at the corner of Harrison and Governor Pack Roads, near the Baguio Convention Center and Burnham Park. Echoing the region's traditional stilt houses, its main exhibit level sits on the second floor, with additional galleries above and below. Inside, intricate dioramas, tribal artifacts, and displays trace the life of the various indigenous groups of the Cordilleras — Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, Abra, Mountain Province and more — alongside a detailed history of the city and rotating temporary exhibits. Its most talked-about piece is an authentic mummified body, and the rooftop offers a panoramic view honoring the region's heroes. It's modest in size but a worthwhile, affordable introduction to Baguio and Cordilleran culture — best paired with a Burnham Park visit nearby.
